What happens when the kids the write the play? And when their set is 35 acres of brook and forest? Come join us for our Play-in-a-Week program just before school starts . . .
Week One: August 18 - 22
Week Two: August 25 - 29
Basics
- This program is open to children and teens ages 8 - 16.
- Older teens are welcome to contact us about becoming artist mentors.
- Children may be dropped off as early as 9 am and picked up as late as 3 pm. Official programming runs from 10 - 2.
Sample Day
Our program is designed to allow for free time mixed with rehearsal, set and costume design/construction and nature exploration.
- 9am~ Arrive / Choice time
- 10:00~ Rehearsal One
- 11:00~ Snack / Break
- 11:30~ Choose between script development, set building and costumes
- 12:30~ Lunch
- 1:00~ Rehearsal 2
- 2:00~ Choice Time
- 3:00~ Extended day pickup
Program Cost:
We are happy to be able to offer a sliding scale for this program. 100% rate is $350/week (add $50 for extended day) or $600 for both weeks ($700 for extended day).
Based on your family's needs, you can choose from the following pay structure (example using one week):
- 50% at $175
- 75% at $262
- 100% at $350
Note: Piti Theatre is committed to offering programs for families regardless of their ability to pay. Contact us about scholarship or barter options. Families able to pay full price make it possible for more children to attend.
